Owen developed his expertise in southern California’s granite rock and the South's sandstone and limestone quarries. Now, as owner of Performance Breaking New Mexico, he serves Silver City and Grant County.

Owen brings more than 20 years of rock-breaking and excavating experience to the soils and varieties of rock of this Southwestern area. In his eight years in southwestern New Mexico, he has worked for a number of the individuals as well as many of the major housing and commercial contractors of this area.

Owen is operator qualified/certified for excavating around natural gas lines and has extensive experience working around existing utilities.

Bruce Curtis started with Performance Breaking in 2010. He came with 32 years of heavy equipment operator experience, much of it in the Silver City area.
